Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing with strong technical orientation or technical Degree(architect or building engineering)
3 to 5 years sales experience in building industry or similar environment than building industry (technical products or services with project process approach and various decision makers)
Effective interface between sales team and customers
Customer oriented and strong in building up & maintaining customer relations
A capable user of PC Microsoft office applications
Fluent in both oral and written English (CET level 6 standard)
Personal skills (Behavioural competencies)
Good relationship and adaptability
Commercial skill
Results driven (convincing and pugnacity)
Pro-active and dynamic
Autonomous, rigorous and organised
High team spirit
Quick learner and with good interpersonal, communication and influence skills
