Based in Shanghai
Degree in technical studies or Engineering or Science subjects, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Automation.
One or two years' experience of customer service.
Positive and clear-minded, be able to solve complex issues.
Fair command of spoken and written English.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Prior working experience in component trading environment preferred.
