Requirements：

Minimum 10 years of sales management preferably in industrial sales
Demonstrated sales achievements consistently
A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and financial skills
Experience in managing a sales team with Distribution channels
Demonstrated ability to energize team to perform at the highest levels
Proficiency in English is a MUST
Computer literacy is required
Self-motivated, diligent and detail-oriented.
Travel is required which may include some overnight travel
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent
