行政助理-广州(2013-04)
1.General office administrative tasks and responsibilities
2.Assist in the arrangements of office meetings and business trips of both domestic and overseas
3.Book hotels and air tickets for office staffs in compliance with the company regulation
4.Keep good filing of office related documents
5.Screen incoming calls, make appointments and book calendars for Office 6.Manager in a timely manner
7.Take meeting minutes and prepare independently, memos, notes, correspondence and various reports
8.Be responsible for office accounting, reimbursement application checking and cash in/out operation 
9.All the other tasks assigned by the Admin Officer when needed
 
1.Bachelor degree with major in administration, accounting or similar
2.3+ years relevant experience of similar position in a WOFE company
3.CET 4 Certificate with good oral and written English communication skills
4.Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
5.Good organizing and planning skills
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7.Ability to work under pressure with a willing-to-learn and “can do” attitude
