Job Descriptions
Purpose of the job(Describe in 1 sentence the reason for the existence of this position)
·Coordinate in all sales activities of Cobalt Powder in cooperation with local plant in Mainland China area.
·Business support to Ni and Co related activities in China.


Strategic focus(Describe the focus of the position over the next 1-3 years)
·To bring products solutions to our customers, understand the application requirements of customer and communicate with supervisor in a timely and clear manner.


Main responsibilities(Describe main areas of responsibilities in terms of actions, outcome and % of time spent)
·Coordinate in the Cobalt Powder sales, delivery, a/c receivable and after sales service, customers’ feedback collection, etc-25%.
·Contact and visit current & potential markets / customers in order to identify business opportunities of Cobalt Powder sales-25%.
·Coordinate in the commercial support for Ni and Co related sales/purchasing activities in China-30%.
·Conduct sales & market study, submit market and competitor trends and build up customer data base-10%.
·Work out market trend and business analysis report on a monthly basis-5%.
·Work on the ad-hoc projects as required by supervisors-5%.

Interfaces(Describe the main interfaces in & outside the organisation)
·Inside the organization: CSM team based in Mainland China, BU, back office in UMS.
·Outside the organization: purchasing/sales decision makers at the various companies in the value chain.


Required profile(Describe the skills required to exercise this job)
·3+ years sales experience in related industry.
·Effective interface between sales team and customers.
·Customer oriented and strong in building up & maintaining customer relations.
·Market analyzing and reporting skills.
·College degree or above in major of Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy and etc.
·Willing to travel.
·A capable user of PC Microsoft office applications.
·Proficient English in both oral and written.

·Highly self-motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently under pressure.
