Job Descriptions:
Position: Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Manage and implement complete quality systems in a start up company. 
2.Lead all quality improvement activities.
3.Work with production engineer to solve quality problems on the production line.
4.Work with sourcing engineer to solve the supplier quality issues.
5.Collect and summarize quality data, build up quality reporting to operation manager.
6.Lead the quality improvement projects.
7.Internal audit for ISO9000.
8.Customer complain handling.

Qualifications:
1.College Degree or above, background in Precision Tooling & Moulding, Mechanical, Electronic, automotive industry, or relevant.
2.At least 5 years working experience in the tooling & moulding industry.
3.Extensive knowledge of ISO standards.
4.Ability to implement and maintain a QMS in a plastics manufacturing environment.
5.English speaking and written.
6.Proven track record in similar role.
7.Experience in dealing with customers.
8.Experience in Root cause investigation and resolution.
9.Knowledge of 5S systems.
10.Technical knowledge of plastics manufacturing.
