Main Objectives
Responsible for service and application activities for test systems in accordance with operational objectives, establish and develop local service and application competenceKey responsibilities
1.Test system application, installation and commissioning support.
2.First customer contact and coordination for services of test system.
3.Fault analysis and determination of corrective actions.
4.Autonomous failure elimination by giving instructions by phone, via remote control or by a service assignment at the customer’s.
5.Maintenance, calibration and upgrading of test systems.
6.Implementation and coordination of customer training courses.
7.Close contact with ZF engineering and services teams in HQ in Germany.

Basic Requirements
1.Working experience:1-3 years working experience at test bench/system manufacturer, or in automotive or tire industry.
2.Education:Bachelor or above with electrical engineering or mechatronics background.
3.English:Excellent skills in verbal and written English.
4.Computer:Familiar with office software.

Professional skills and abilities
1.Professional experience in the field of test rig or special machinery construction.
2.Capacity to coordinate and organize.
3.Excellent team capability and ability to communicate.
4.Willingness to travel in China and to Germany.
5.Works under pressure.
