Job Description:
Marketing Manager/Brand Manager: China Beer
Reporting: The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager in SH but will also work very closely with GM
Location: Shanghai or Guangzhou
Key Responsibilities:
.Responsible for leading the brand development and activation of company’s brand portfolio for achieving assigned marketing objectives.
.Managing and controlling the assigned annual ANP budget.
.Leading national brand marketing team.
.Developing strategies on brand building and leading the implementation of all elements of the marketing mix.
.Developing, implementing, controlling & evaluating of brand activation programs in both on- and off-premise outlets.
.Working closely with sales team, trade marketing team and customers on consumer promotion campaigns.
.Working closely with promotion companies, advertising agencies and research companies for advertising and
promotional campaigns and market study.
.Supporting trade marketing teams in brand development in each area.
.Liaising with Hong Kong headquarters in the developing of brand strategies and programs.
.Monitoring and controlling the whole brand marketing operation to ensure strategic alignment with company’s direction and strategy.
Position Requirements:
.University graduate or above.
.4 years working experience in beverage alcohol / FMCG industry.
.With both classical marketing and trade marketing experience an advantage.
.With experience in modern on trade and beverage alcohol night market segment preferable.
.Excellent teamwork skills with track record of success.
.Self-driven and hard-working attitude.
.Outgoing personality with strong communication and coordination skills.
.Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
.Strong in operating computer software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
.Frequent travel is required.
