Job Description:
.Drive and deliver the budgeted sales revenue target and number of doors target
.Formulate and execute sales direction and channel strategies in order to build sustainable channel coverage
.Develop and maintain channel relationship to GM level of key channel partners
Main Responsibilities:
.Drive and Deliver the sales direction and strategies in order to achieve the Company sales and store opening targets
.Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and customers such as department store GMs and landlord management teams etc.
.Analyze the marketplace, consumer behaviour and competitors’ activities to determine the right sales/channel strategies, in driving continuous growth and market share in the region.
.Analyze market trend, sales forecast and store performance and responsible for new product launch achievement
.Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and market share
.Coach and monitor sales team to improve service quality, selling technique and product knowledge
.Work closely with other departments and come out with a good sales plan and strategy to achieve the sales target
Qualifications/Requirements:
.College degree or above
.At least 5 to 8 years' managerial experience in key account management/sales preferably from FMCG/luxury industry
.At least 15 years sales experience
.Analytical, creative, result,-oriented and passionate about sales and relationship building
.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
.Good presentation skill
.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
.Proficiency in MS office
