Purpose of the job:
1. This position is to assist and coordinate in logistic activities & commercial administration affairs.
2. Maintain and update logistics records timely, prepare customers’ statistics, follow up the execution of contracts, shipments, & payments; Keep in close touch with clients and assist in solving logistic problems whenever needed.
Main responsibilities:
1. Follow up the procedures of purchase & sales activities for BU EP & UPMR.
2. Chemical Re-label Checking.
3. Handle orders, follow up contracts, deliveries, payments and claims.
4. Cooperate and communicate with both internal and external parties.
5. Other assignments delegated by the Logistic & Sales Admin Manager.
Required profile:
Functional requirements (Education, years of experience in different areas, technical skills, …)
1. Bachelor Degree in International Trade & Economy or related major.
2. 1~2 years relevant working experience in logistic, international trade, sales admin departments.
3. At least CET-4 with good oral and written English communication skills.
4. Good computer skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure with a “can do” attitude.
6. Familiar with WGQ operation is a plus.
