职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives
根据公司的质量方针和目标，贯彻ISO9001:2008及相关质量管理体系标准，负责建立和维护公司质量管理体系及其相关管理体系文件的组织策划、协调、编制、审核、修改和管理工作，包括负责推动和监督管理流程的执行，负责组织实施定期的内部审核，接口外部审核，促进持续改进，以提升公司运营的有效性和效率，降低潜在风险。
In accordance with company's quality policy and objective,fulfill standard ISO 9001:2008 of quality management system and relavent.To be responsible establishing and maintaining quality management system of MACN.To organize and coordinate the planning,compiling,revising,review and management of management system.Including to promote and monitor the implementation of management system.To plan and implement the regular internal QMS audit.Interface to external audit.Motivate CIP. Promote company business running well,effectiveness and efficiency.Eliminate or reduce any risk.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities
工作职责内容Key responsibilities:
1、按照ZF集团质量管理体系标准，贯彻、建立和维护公司的质量管理体系。
To establish,fufill and maintain the company quality management system according to ZF group quality management system.
2、推动、监督和支持质量管理体系的执行、维护和改进，并且通过定期的体系审核来确保公司的质量管理体系的有效运行。
To promote,mornitor and support the implementation,maintainence and improvement of quality management system.To plan and take place the internal audit regularly to ensure the company management system running effectively.
3、宣传和贯彻集团质量方针。支持目标建立和持续改进。
Publicity and fulfillment of group’s quality policy in the locations.Support target setting and continuous improvement.
4、组织和实施内部过程和管理体系审核，以及对整改措施计划的组织制订和落实跟踪。
To plan and implement the internal QMS Audit and Process Audit. To initiate the corrective action plan and follow up.
5、协调和支持第三方的体系审核和客户审核，以及对整改措施计划的组织制订和落实跟踪。
To coordinate and support the external audit,i.e.quality management system audit by certificate body and customer audit.
6、支持并配合质量工程师，对供应商实施年度VDA6.3过程审核。
Coorperate and support quality engineer to implement the annual supplier VDA6.3 process audit.
7、负责内部纠正与预防措施的管理和跟踪，如内部不合格 报告、8D报告等。
To manage and follow up internal corrective and preventive plan.such as,Nonconformity report,8D report,etc..
8、负责质量数据收集、统计分析及监控，形成月度、年度质量报告（如：质量成本报告的分析和管理工作等）。
To be responsible for the collection,statistical analysis and monitoring quality data.To compile the quality report for monthly and yearly.(e.g. management of monthly failure cost report).
9、上级按排的其它工作。
Other duties as assigned.
内外联系 Internal and External Contact
1、对外：顾客(针对质量特殊要求)，国际认证机构。必要时，质量咨询机构。
External：Customer(get to know customer special requirements),International certification body.Quality consultan,if necessary.
2、对内：所有部门(包括分公司)，ZF集团质量管理部门。
Internal：To all branch locations,and quality functional of ZF group (Headquarters of group,regional and location)
职位任职条件 Basic Requirements
1、工作经历：5年以上工作经验，3年以上汽车行业质量管理体系管理经验
Working experience：More then 5 years’ work experience and more then three years worked on Quality Management System in the automotive industry.
2、教育水平：大学本科以上 ，或具有相关工作经验。
Education：Bachelore’s degree,automobile or machinery and relevant major
3、英语水平：良好的英语水平（说、写）
English：Gook English skills (Write ,oral)
4、德语水平：满足英语水平基础上，优先考虑
German：Preferred
5、计算机应用水平：熟练应用办公软件
Computer：To be skillful at MS office software
6、专业资格：具有ISO/TS 16949或ISO 9001:2008和VDA6.3内审员资格
Qualification：Qualified auditor on ISO/TS 16949、ISO 9001 and VDA6.3-2010
职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional skills and abilities：
1、精通ISO/TS 16949或ISO 9001:2008质量管理体系标准。
2、熟悉常用的质量管理标准和质量控制方法，如：ISO/TS 16949、ISO 9001:2008、VDA6.3、APQP、FMEA、PPAP、SPC、MSA、8D 法等。
To be familiar with quality management standards and quality control methods,which are requently-used(such as, ISO/TS 16949,ISO 9001:2008、VDA6.3-2010,APQP,PPAP,FMEA, SPC,MSA,8D Report and problem solving techniques,etc.)
3、良好的协调合作和沟通能力。
Good communication skills and cooperation.
4、能在工作压力下保持良好的工作态度和能力。
Good working attitude and ability to work under pressure.
